Inside you'll find soft bamboo sheets on your freshly made bed, fragrant locally produced soaps, and a reusable water flask that's yours to keep cooling in the minibar.

At Samong Haven, we believe that ethical travel should not only be for the very wealthy, yet many sustainable resorts are highly exclusive and charge prices that all but the wealthiest traveller would struggle to afford. We are dedicated to showing that this doesn’t have to be the case, with rooms starting from 930k IDR (55 euros) per night, and proceeds from your stay directly supporting grass-roots causes in North-West Bali.

a Sustainable approach

All our buildings will be self-sustaining and equipped with solar-powered electricity, water collection, waste-water management, and high speed internet. In addition to the implementation of ecological building systems, the environmental impact of the construction will be minimized by the use of local materials. Buildings will cover less than 15% of the land, and our permaculture garden will be a central feature - feeding our kitchen, nurturing creative minds and encouraging wildlife.
